I was really impressed with the excellent customer service I received. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel valued. Keep up the great work!
Discriminatory Service – Avoid if You're Not Canadian. This salon treats Canadian customers with respect but is rude and dismissive toward Indian students/customers. They rushed my service, skipped steps, and acted like I wasn’t paying. Meanwhile, they were warm and attentive to others. Completely unprofessional and discriminatory—don’t waste your money here!
I called this nail shop before coming in to confirm the price they would charge for an acrylic overlay on my natural nails with shellac polish. I was told $55 so I headed into the shop as I felt this was reasonable. The gentleman that did my nails was absolutely fabulous and my nails turned out great. This issue was when I went to pay I was being charged $75....not what I was told when I called. When I informed the guy at the cash I was told $55 on the phone he informed me that it was $65 plus tax and that I had heard wrong. I absolutely did not hear wrong as I repeated the price quoted on the call and was told, yes, $55. This is really disappointing that they felt ripping me off for the extra $10 was worth losing a customer. I will never go back due to this which is unfortunate since I really liked the job that was done.
I've been getting my nails done since I was 15. This is the worst set I've ever gotten since I started doing my nails. The nails were too thick, the shape I asked for was coffin, and not at all what I got. The nails were too big for my dainty fingers. I showed them what I wanted 3 times. They forgot to do it. Got 2 colors and a bit of power dip on 2 nails. They charged me $130. Went to darling nails at mayflower the other day, got them thinned out, shaped properly, and did a different design (more than requested here) and I paid 103. The prices here are not worth the work they do. And the work they do is unfortunately not any good.
